Lester, RBT, Team Lead
Hi my name is Lester! I am a Registered Behavior Technician with a Decade of Expertise.
With an Associate in Arts in Education, I have built a fulfilling career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), specializing in working with children with special needs. The decision to enter this field was driven by a family member diagnosed with autism thus led to my passion for helping children reach their full potential, particularly those who face unique challenges.
Over the past 10 years, I have gained extensive experience in behavior analysis and intervention, working closely with children to improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills. I have the honor, and great joy in making a tangible difference in the lives of these children and their families, celebrating every small victory along the way. What I love most about the job is the opportunity to connect with children on a personal level, understanding their individual needs, and tailoring interventions that make a real impact. Working with children with special needs requires patience, creativity, and a deep sense of empathy—qualities that I feel I’ve embodied over the years of work. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue advancing in the field, exploring new strategies and techniques to support the children, and remaining committed to helping them thrive in their own unique ways.

Francesca, BCBA
Hello,
I’m Francesca, and I’m honored to share a bit about my journey and professional growth with you. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree and completed my Master’s in Special Education with a specialization in ABA Inclusion. For over three years, I dedicated myself to the role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a position that proved to be both deeply rewarding and foundational to my development in the field of behavior analysis.
My passion for this work stemmed from a deep belief in the potential of every individual. Each day, I was inspired by the progress my students made and the meaningful impact we created together. Witnessing their growth and success was my greatest motivation and made this work profoundly fulfilling.
That journey ultimately led me to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Earning this certification allowed me to expand my expertise and deepen my commitment to implementing innovative, individualized practices in special education. I’ve continued to collaborate with fellow professionals, explore forward-thinking approaches, and remain focused on making a lasting, positive difference in the lives of students. My mission has always been — and continues to be — helping every learner reach their fullest potential and contributing to a future where all individuals have the opportunity to thrive.
